As part of the preparations for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers to be held in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania between February 1 and 28, 2025, national coach Sektioui unveiled the list of 26 players who will participate in a training camp scheduled from October 7 to 15 at the Mohammed VI football complex.

Among the players called up, two members of the Union Touarga Sport senior team were selected:

Mohammed Reda Asmama, goalkeeper
Ilyas Lagrimi, defender

The draw for the CHAN qualifiers will take place on Wednesday, October 9 at 12 noon in Cairo.
