History

Founded upon the grassroots passion for football among the youth of Rabat’s Touarga neighbourhood in the 1970s, the Union Touarga Sport (UTS) found its genesis under the high patronage of the Moroccan Monarchy. The club’s defining moment—the fusion of seven local teams into a single entity—was directly encouraged by the late His Majesty King Hassan II, a key factor in the rapid ascent of UTS. Today, the Touarga club continues to embody a strong spirit of community and sporting excellence, maintaining its enduring commitment to unify and inspire the nation’s youth.
